Learning structures using the Boltzmann Machine (BM)

Main ideas:

• A statistical model for the sparse supports takes the dependencies between atoms into account.
• Such dependencies are caracterized by a matrix, as illustrated in the figure on the right.
• Learning this matrix = learning the structures.
